Returns & Exchanges

We're a small independent store in Puerto Escondido, and we want you to love what you order.

If you're unsure about sizing, fit, colour or anything else before buying, just get in touch. We're always happy to help with measurements, extra photos or advice before you place your order.

Purchases can be returned or exchanged in person at our Bodeguita store in Puerto Escondido within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and have all tags attached.

As a small independent store, we're currently unable to process returns or exchanges by post. If you're ordering from outside Puerto and have any questions before buying, please get in touch — we'll happily help you choose.

Something not right?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we've accidentally sent you the wrong item, of course we'll make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange the best solution for you.
